Yes this company is filled with morons. They are trying to give the illusion they are not diluting. Perhaps ask the CEO tonight why he is dumping preferred shares.

How many preferred are there really? I have seen a variety of numbers for the preferred shares in the filings. 6 million, 5 million and 4 million. Plus different conversions for them as well. Is that why they are having problems getting current? They can't figure out what's really there?
