Here is the problem with us stem cell releasing an update. If an update was to be released and the FDA requests more information then they would have to release another update. this would look very bad. So the company is waiting for a final decision from the FDA before releasing final update regarding RMAT.

One thing is clear the FDA has not made a determination regarding RMAT designation
