My point is... Why was this picked in lieu of a 12 million buyout.. some say there was none...!!! I say if that was false.. why believe anything??? Read the releases... first SEIL was buying all assets of PMEA... then Joseph says that thre will be a stock dividend.. for the solar company... HMMMMMM

And the lack of public knowledge is just not shareholder friendly for any of these entities at this point... SEIL... zero volume today... and now a bid of .02 which I expect to see drop substantially when the MCA shareholders get their shares...

So we wait to see.. what is really happening here....
