Why would there be a dilutive MM? The company is converting Preferred to Common. Its not a toxic note LMAO Its whatever Broker they are using to convert shares.

And yes the O/S will remain the same since preferred are already counted in the O/S

Which dilutive mm did you see today on L2? Pls enlighten
