Bcoz you don't see how it's getting manipulated, entire day it sits on .155 ask 5000 and it's always this way from last 6 days, doesn't matter whass the volume .
Someone has put 4000 on bid.
Anyways we may have to wait few months, but this will bounce back to a dollar.
