Correct...if you look at the results of the CE changes, it's only displaying additions and removals. Since PGPM isn't showing up, removal has not occurred yet.

PGPM will show up when the CE is removed.

If you change the search to "tier change" and enter PGPM it will come up as it has been changed to limited info
