I don't personally know but someone on the Yahoo PTGEF board wrote they will not have any taxes on the gains. Nice to see the stock at .375 now but darn...BHVN is OVER $25 with now 4 new coverages all posiitve and w/ 2 price targets: one $30 and $46!! I added more at .37 today.
