You are looking for certainty. There is nothing for certain in any Nasdaq, OTC, or NYSE. Buy a CD for certainty.

Whats coming into DOLV after ticker change.

DOLV on the upside can move fast!! In answer to your question : outside of the subjectivity of each persons guesstimate you can find the posted stickies that people are using to understand where this is going - if your looking for a specific depiction of the future then that will be up in the air but, the fact that it has shown and very well could continue to show positive growth in SP is a strong indicator of whats to come.
