Do your own DD. Read at least the last 3 or 4 filings PGPM put out, read the stickies, their website and you can easily answer your own question. Pay special attention to who's holding shares, what the actual public float is. Note the assets and assets of the parent company. The CEO has said restructuring is taking place, think of how that might look. IMO PGPM is the biggest no brainer we've ever seen, even bigger than OWC$! If you're new and you've landed here, you are one lucky newbie IMO.
