as the company described in emails "stage 2" of their plans here, should involve the private company which has hundreds of millions in assets, along with some of the other big holders as filed in the recent OTC disclosure filing.

company doesn't seek to dilute or obtain toxic debt, so it looks like they will be getting private funding for more huge oil projects. I expect the company to release massive news after they are made current on otcmarkets, as they have awakened from a long slumber for a reason!
