So your saying Jack used a company named GS is to deceive investors. Not a chance in hell. Even if GS is not Goldman, which I personally think it is. They do not need to use such trickery with a 3 cent floor.

Aside from the fact that there are other huge companies behind us. MMEX is getting financing the best way possible. While it is at a 40 percent discount to 3 cents, it's still 60 percent higher then it is currently. So anyone now can buy in cheaper without having to loan there own money.
