I could be wrong but I don't believe they can even issue shares in any typical small cap funding vehicle with a stop sign. So even fewer worries of dilution.

If this is going to be a reverse merger at all similar to DOLV, I don't think the new Chinese company will be adding many shares to the market anyway.
