When Reagan took office from Carter the Same thing happened in 1982 with all the republican energy stocks. All of the democrat energy stocks had to turn into "technology stocks". Mining is mining; gold, silver, oil, and cannabis/ethanol are not only the stocks of the future, they are the stocks of the past, and present.
