Since Sulja is a NON-REPORTING company, I doubt that the SEC has any authority to look at anything.

The SEC has known for over a year that the DTCC allowed 27 million shares of a pink sheet company to fail delivery when only 1.1 million shares were issued.

Don't expect the SEC to do anything to protect investors from fraud by either companies or market makers.

He is the right man for the job in terms of having the connections I think. I wonder if he has plans for the IR of the future ?. You can bet no "Named " Company's well be PR-ed in the near "PINK " Future at least. So sounds like the same Ball is being Carried by the Deal Maker.I like that.

I try to keep up with the facts and feel there is so much crud intertwined in these thousands of posting daily it is hard to get factual info.

I hate that Rager left the board, he must have had to monitor it 7/24 just to cut through crud.

I think Steve always worked hard and diligently for his family business and for the investors in his family co. Everytime something was questioned he responded.

Chip, another that did dd and showed his excitement in a company that we believe in.

There are many here that I want to thank but sometimes you don't know who to trust. So I try to keep most to myself since I am relatively new.

However, there has got to be some way to get this out of the hands of bashers and have longs with facts only post. What asus did a few weeks ago was great. If we had 1 person that could consolidate questions to ask IR per week and not issue phone numbers than maybe that would help our company do their business. Also, Friday during happy hour I am going to iggy all bashers that I can. If people know basher names that I should add to my list pls let me know.

When sljb hits I will sell off a few shares so that I can iggy and pm myself.

Folks, I spoke to Petar yesterday. Remember when Sue Loan posted that phone number, and said he that he was there for an hour to take calls? Well, I called and he answered. The number given was to Kore. By the way, Sue was bashed for her post, when she was telling the truth. Josh taylor this morning said the cement contract was lost, and posters here bashed him. So, yes, Petar told me the contract was lost. He was livid at the number of calls Ramada received. He said they are a friend, and he was hoping to get the contract back. He said if he did not, "i'll just get another contract". He seemed confident in that. He said that they have three offices in the Middleast; one in Saudi Arabia, one in Abu Dhabi, and one in Dubai. He said he was glad for all of the Mideast business because things are slower here ( I assume U.S. and Canada). The phone rang on three occasions, and he put me on hold each time, but came back to my call right away. He was obviously fed up with the pink sheet mentality. He said that the Suljas are dear personal friends, and that the business was getting too big, and that Steve did not want to handle that aspect. He said he would NOT DILUTE!. He was very succint about that. He said "I gave my word", so "that is not an option". I asked if audited financials would be coming out around the 15th, and he said yes, give or take a day or two. (17th?) He said that he expected the numbers to be as good as or better than what was reported, and that "they better be, because I will have some large investors that would not be happy". So yes, audited are coming. I also asked if he was planning to move off the pinks, and he said "yes". About Consultech he said the PPS also needs to get up there before any other mergers, and .08 was not gonna do it. So obviously they want the PPS up. He said any thoughts/ideas of anything related to this business not being kosher was absurd. He then got rather angry talking about the morons and bashers and disbelievers. He stated he was insulted that people would question the Sulja's, as they are the most upstanding people. Eyes Wide Open, one thing that bothers me about the conversation you had with Petar is the notion that they claim to want the PPS to rise so they can expand.

Since Wessal can buy based on the unaudited financials, there must be a reason that Wessal doesn't want to buy the shares yet. I wonder what that could be?
