OWCP is a roller coaster stock that oscillates around. Therefore it is not the size of the ocean, but the waves and the motion. The key to making money off this stock is to surf the waves properly. It is the bounces and declines that make OWCP one of the most fair-fight pump and dumps ever.

I admit even I don't think that the .50 support will rupture during this wave, but it should by the end of the summer.
