No telling how high the pps will be once the green light is given. The impatient have all but left and with very light volume over past few weeks looks like we have bottomed out. I am adding at this level. The risk level here is not much. Once green lighted by China, folks will be piling on. Quiet times are times to buy. Risk/reward is attractive to say the least.
