Who uses that board ? What if I said CEO acquired more assets than the original 330mil? Who's to say who's right/wrong? The company will reveal the truth once all is ready. No sense in listening to board jockeys trying to pry shares at lower prices

It is BS. Please read the stickies and the filings, which can be found at otcmarkets.com. The parent company made a deal for 78% of $330 million in oil field assets, no indication that they sold them, however those have nothing to do with PGPM, except it is thought that PGPM may RM with the parent company. Just an FYI, I have never heard of serious traders using the yahoo financial board. Please post the DD that proves the assets were sold and to whom.
