I bet that PPHM will be profitable 2q 17 if not 1q. If the company expects profitability by the end of a fiscal year, I believe they are looking to be profitable for the year, not just that quarter. In order to do that, they would need to be profitable pretty soon. Not necessarily by the end of this coming quarter, but very soon after that.

My guess is that they went to NASDAQ and showed them the financials that we will see shortly and told them that they expect to see continued growth quarter over quarter and demonstrated how they plan to achieve this. That in my opinion is substantial enough for NASDAQ to wait another 180 days.

And nope, I don't own a share of PPHM. No skin in this game - just an opinion.

how do we know that? i believe they report gross revenue and gross margins for Avid.
