Hanks "know how" has yet to he demonstrated - none of his much pumped projects have come to fruition.
There isn't a lender in the world that would loan Hanks $450 million to finance a oil refinery.
First, if Hanks had access to traditional financing he would be using the bottom feeders of the lending industry.
Hanks is in such poor financial health - he could borrow $145,000 with conventional terms.
I love the Pinky Fantasyland - where a failed penny stock pumper (Hanks) is going to obtain a loan for $450 million for a shell with no assets and no revenue - but the lender is going to lend based Hanks "know how". That isn't going to happen. Just more wishful.
