Although SNAP is up from its most recent lows, following the bounce off of a disappointing Earnings report. The sentiment seems to be holding in an indecisive mood. At current sentiment, it would take some very positive news to move the stock upwards beyond the upper resistance price, near $22, and the same to keep the lower support above $20.

But, if it could ever push pass $24, "It Would be On Like a Pot of Neck Bones"

So some positive news would light the fuse and without such..............Nope, even as it approaches the restricted shares expiration dates ending July and beginning the earlier part of August.
