Dag. they are running at a LOSS!!!!! there is no positive revenues $78,000.00 for a whole qt. and a $250.00 LOSS. they have no business model they say they build web sites and look at their web site it looks as if it was done in a High School Class.
Ray Firth is just a front man for insiders that have a long history with SEC issues, they never have an annual shareholders meeting in violation to SEC rules and I will be contacting the SEC about that issue. the insiders use FDIT as their own piggy bank and they have been lying to shareholders for years about the so called SUPER APP that they do not have they use that for news release PUMP UP.
as an activist investor I will continue to demand change with leadership and management. if Ray Firth was this so-called wiz kid tech man where is this FAKE APP.
they have no independent board? the reason is if they did they would all be FIRED over lying and FAKE NEWS. the SEC will be finding out.
