Chap 11 filing July 10, 2017?

Anyone think SHLD may file on July 10, 2017?

apparently, July 7 would be the end of the two year period of repaying by Eddie of one of a $500 million loan from one of the other companies he controls.

After July 7 the two year look back period would be over, plus he has a lot of secured loans on most of the good real estate, so he could have SHLD file Chapter 11 and get all of the good assets, and wipe out all or most of the other claims on SHLD assets.
