90 days after the last form 4, but I believe the one murphy filed for his wife doesn't count towards this rule and I think march 6th was the day of the last forms that counted towards that rule..

apparently they not allowed to sell company til 90 days after a form 4.

I could be wrong.. but this is coming from others opinions & facts on the subject that I have gathered on the matter.

WH stated the last form 4 for the wife was payment for a loan and did not require the 90 day wait.
