The Army contract is a result of an individual who posts on this board introducing Kim to Charles Howland who already had contracts with DOD, and has contacts there. So yea if someone takes Kim by the reigns and leads him to the trough he will at least notice that there's water in it. There's no deal there of any significance until he delivers some shoot packs, which he is presently stumbling along trying to do.
I just hope the Army is as patient as someone on this board insists we be.
