Wow...that is a lot of thinkin'.

All I know is there are laws against buying back shares while insolvent and buying back a share at market while issuing stock at 1/2 to 1/5th market to satisfy debt is not only illegal but stupid....unless of course, it is just plain old fraud.

Wayne always has a parting gift for shareholders.
