As far as I know, the seventh has just happened. But I must admit, this stock is getting more interesting for those who watch it closely. Recent action seems to be more based on true events, instead of pump and dumps. Things seem to be wrapping up. There might be an outcome to the litigation soon by settlement, or if not..the final chapter will start and the process will end in court. That might be within a year or maybe two...but it seems like it will be the final step.
Then this stock will move north like it seems, or at the worst case end up dead.
I'm starting to believe that it will head north. I'm not owning any shares at the moment, since I expect that this still might take half a year at least, gambling there will be no settlement.
In the months to come, it might drop a lot and if it does, there will be buying opportunities way better then now.
I gamble on that, but it is a gamble. However, the chances to win on GERS are way better now then they ever been....the only question one should ask is, are you willing to see your investment decimated before the win, or doe you just wait until you're likely to buy at least 10 times more shares for the same money.
