I'm sure people can make money buying stocks at no bid but they can lose a ton of money also. Example, the stock goes to no bid and the CEO announces another RS. In that case nobody will buy those stocks purchased at NO BID and after the RS the stock tanks quickly. That's exactly what happened the last time. Now those that were holding before the RS announcement need to see the stock go back to .05 just to break even.
