The BOD is responsible for reviewing strategic plans and aren't employees so they don't do any hands on work, and I doubt anyone spends time reading what is said by the tiny amount of people who post on chat lines. Obviously the FDA switching tactics means it isn't as simple to navigate as you think, which is why the 2 sides are in disagreement, so it could be unclear for a while - in which case there would be nothing to update yet.
