I appreciate the well written reply. I don't blame the investors. I believe the financial information from the start should have been released to investors. I think the reliance on boutiques was problematic during the recession. The race to the bottom in prices on the deals with Walmart, Petsmart, Jared, Claire's and others is still curious to me. I don't have the information or details but personally purchased Lyric and Lyrix products at those and other stores and price points and wonder why there were no profits or where they went. I understand some say fraud but I would like to hear the facts. I do hope sometime after her legal case is decided the stock holders will be given a full accounting of what transpired. I understand small businesses often fail but feel those allowed to sell stock publicly should be held to a higher standard.
