Stands for in my opinion. Means my opinion based on my own DD. At this price shareholders should expect a decent increase in PPS and an opportunity to make money. Not trying to persuade anyone to buy, or scare anyone into selling. Your post sounds more like a warning telling everyone to get out! Its the OTC, your not gonna find a stock here that's all sunshine and rainbows. There is high risk and high reward. Good chance for the high reward here IMO.
