the batteries are already the most expensive items on an electric car (with high depreciation cost over a short period of time, like 3 years). But if you also factor in the cost of building and operating swapping infrastructure, the leasing cost for batteries will become prohibitively expensive compared to gas.

Chinese government is requiring through legislation for rolling out 2 million swapping stations within 24 months. Unlike America living in the STONE AGES with fossil fuel gas stations. Expect DOLV to be one of the several companies involved in franchising and selling battery swaps to investors in the infrastructure. Your going to have to SLAP that ask or I hope you bought some in the sub penny range. So many people will miss out on the multi dollar run coming in July when they roll out nation wide sales of their EV cars. I really could care less if these investors missed the boat as they tend to do frequently!
