The RMAT announcement due date can be interpreted many different ways. I prefer to be on the conservative side of estimating.

On Mike Tomas' April 18th blog, he wrote

Currently, U.S. Stem Cell, Inc. is operating within the regulatory timeline and is actively working with the FDA to quickly and effectively fulfill requests for supplementary materials. We will continue to keep our base informed on any FDA communications that affect this timeline.

so the 60 day reset sometime after April 18th when USRM supplied the "supplementary materials" to the FDA. Which may not yet be supplied.

With the assumption that USRM supplied the supplementary materials to the FDA on April 18th, which would have been nearly impossible. The earliest 60-day window expire at June 17th. Add to that date the number of days it took USRM to fulfill all outstanding requests for said supplementary materials. Add to that the 3 days that USRM can sit on the announcement and we're easily into the 3rd week of June

My goal is to help people understand that the timing could, but doesn't necessarily have to occur in May

I can wait a few more weeks to become a multimillionaire again.

Got it. I agree that USRM is overdue for a press release or announcement of some kind. I hope that the silence is a regulatory requirement prior to a buyout.
