This ticker is great. The when, where, and how is up to the Govt unfortunately. It's happening but when is anyone's guess. You shouldn't wait until after the fact most definitely. Keep in mind that it is not against the law for any member of Congress to invest in a stock that they know is about to fly north or south due to a pending Govt Bill or decision. There really won't be any warning of stong movement
