I was sent a text this morning telling me it was two,not one shareholder who filed that lawsuit against the owners. Owns a lot of shares that's hasn't been regerest with CHRO. Checking the bio of the Reno attorney. His firm specializes in SEC law. He was with the SEC for many years. The other attorney lives in Dallas. Two other attorneys own shares not regestered with CHRO. I'm sure if the sock was given for service, its no longer restricted under 144. Could show up some day. Just my opinion. Every shareholder has a right to ask questions. And without being told sell Their stock.
