That's very plausible. A combination of private investment and federal matching funds, both with confidentiality agreements until all the details are hammered out and any permits are granted. BTW, the low estimate for the Pristine-M commercial plant is $30M. I doubt cash from a new investment partner (Kiewit? GE? SAIC?) would be counted as revenue for sake of EPS, but I'm pretty sure a grant would be. $13.5M x 2 = $27M, pretty close to the cost of the plant.

We might be way off... The grant might not materialize... The investment partner might withdraw... Nothing new may be announced at the mining conference... and our stock might continue treading water. However, if we're right, this stock will explode. I'm afraid to speculate any further... I don't want to jinx it.
