I think right now, is that pesky stop sign. From what I gather, no one in Canada can buy BVTK. Also, many brokers will not let you buy BVTK regardless of what country you are in. Of course E*Trade will let you buy BVTK.

Stop sign removal will open the gates to BVTK and everyone can buy...
