Hi Mick :) XGTI reduction from 7milly to 2Milly on the plans-to avoid dilution-

They also made an agreement with an investor to buy up to XGTI 15 milly $.
Don't know what will the use the cash for:investments to date and notes for the
Acquisition have been paid off in full.
Adding the contract IMT and Vislink (last for 3'000'000 $ of sales worldwide ....

Could be the year : last year we saw one RS in June and one in December 2016
Check it out 1-2 years chart ....: first cup is 4-5 $ but the bigger one is much higher :)
