Fully agree with you. We shouldn't forget this is a penny stock. If large financing was to occur, the dilution would be unbearable and a reverse split would be inevitable.
We can't keep making excuses on why the PPS is so low. At some point, the realization may occur that this isn't the best investment. Things should play out shortly.
