Warren buffet when he buys into a company he says to himself what would I pay for a share and be comfortable? In one of his interviews he recognizes the potential growth of a company and demand and what brings value to it..some more factors offcourse... In this situation we know that the world wide china telecom revenues over 320 billion a year selling their share over $45.. This partnership brings value to NSAV and no longer makes it a sub penny stock due to the GIANT merger at play and automatically brings share prices much much higher ...it may go even higher I just threw that number out there knowing that the china telecom is trading at $45 a share!!
