It could be the info that is going to spike NSAV into pennies based on the extent of the relationship with one of the largest Chinese telecom corporation. I believe as stated from our CEO things had to be reworded and in the hands of lawyers for concise clarity before being published!! Could be more than a partnership could be a merger , if that is the case this will run past .50 cents easily .. The clock is ticking and we are going to find out very soon... Also I believe they did not want to release the information so that they know who the true longs are and rewarding these people for the long support and not flipping the shares at All!! Or else the new buyers who just discovered this Gem will be rewarded for no reason!! I think CEO and his team planned this motion very well!!
