The serious question is what are 2-3 years of development (factoring in a lost 2016) and the patents worth to a late-to-the-party corporation? I think north of $750M

What exactly do people mean when they say "patents alone are worth X amount?" Do they mean a company would pay Titan X amount just for the rights to the patents? To use on another platform? If not then the patents value are tied directly to the success of SPORTS development. If SPORT doesn't get FDA what are the patents worth? I would think the patents would only have real value if the design is FDA approved and commercially viable.
