CEO replied today to one of the share holders email saying that he wanted to see share price at 1$.
Saw that. Furthers the evidence that the people behind this shoddy outfit need to get a grip on reality. They don't have any known assets beyond some property with a couple little retail shops on it, which is valued at most $500,000. They may own some other real estate, but it likely isn't worth much. Those retail shops, having low revenues and more red than black ink, carry little or no added value. They have some old gold claims that have no legal value at all.
They appear to have no ability to raise legitimate funding, so resorted to consorting with a couple of Nigerian scammers to come up with two different bogus "loan agreements" in two attempts to prop up their stock. Isn't working very well.
Ergo, their "filings" are fraudulent.
Given all that, I'd say .0021 is about right. The chances of this garbage ever warranting a $2.5 billion market cap are beyond remote.
The sooner everyone realizes all this the better. I'd hate to see any more newbies roped into buying into this mess.
It's a scam.
