Sorry not really checking in too much today. But yes the connection with them is really on the debtor side, TCA GLOBAL.

I have no clue if there is but this guy is connected to both company's. He is in on a lot of deals but most recently became part of PHOT. I believe in April this year. Falls into timeframe and product line.

Could be our 2nd acquisition
