Thank you for your email and for your interest in PharmaCyte Biotech. PharmaCyte is not affiliated with Andrew Coldicutt, and PharmaCyte is not under any SEC investigation at all. We are very familiar with Andrew Coldicutt’s investigation. In the past, Colidcutt did write opinion letters for Nuvilex stockholders, but none of those letters are in question and none of those letter contained any false or misleading statements.
