I agree that "OBO's" indicates possessive. But Oily has, in the past, stated there was more than one OBO. Not ever having gotten a retraction or clarification about it I assume he is still of the belief that there are more than one OBO wells in Bl 1 and intended his comment to reflect that. Ignoring the apostrophe it makes more sense to read it as 'plural', IMO.
How about it Oily? With or without the apostrophe?
