Johnny, Time will tell. If you were correct that the shorts finished covering, it does make sense to see ROX's PPS under pressure. There are consequences to the lack of the short covering stimulus.

You also may have suffered a typo. You used the wrong March date when assuming the stocking of Walmart. You typed March 1st. In fact, the PR said all stores would have Goslings by the end of March. Not co-incidentally that was our 4th Quarter AND 12-month fiscal Year End.

By the 31st I found it everywhere I looked and my friends reported they did too in their local stores.

ShopRite was ramping up during the same period. The catalyst is there for revenues to be reported with several million more dollars than we might have forecasted on February 27, 2017.

My thinking is that longs already bid up the PPS based on forward GAAP black EPS. My belief is the remaining support is coming from the hopes of a buy out.

As Soldier pointed out, once covered, the shorts will start the cycle all over again.

At this point, IMO the Short's only hope is that longs lose hope in a buyout.

Something else you pointed out, ROX's fundamentals are getting much stronger. The advent of a Jefferson's and Goslings TV campaign will further reinforce awareness and be a boost to revenues.

Longs are in the catbird seat.

Good Luck To You
