It is my belief that USRM already knows the FDA decision.

I don't think the FDA needed the full 60 days to process the additional information requested.

If my hypothesis is correct, why is USRM holding back?

FDA could take longer you know. It is out of USRM's hands...FDA is the endpoint, so they really could take their sweet ass time if need be. More time to accumulate...im sure some will get scared out of shares!
