I think Fidler was DOLVs attorney prior to the merger and they just kept him. oravec is the master of circumnavigating the procedures and steps to go public and the attorney isn't doing anything more than a signature as necessary protocol from an attorney. He is not the one creating and executing the blueprint to going public.
