Exactly PR. The registered agent resigned long ago (Jan 2017) plus the fact that Petey didn't file the annual report in March when it was due, makes me wonder if Petey even cares about HPNN any more.

He better be careful, his cash cow might go away .....

Is his focus more on the other company, SFIV. Odd, if it is, since he is only a "consultant" for that company....

....makes me wonder if he is a bit more involved than what meets the eye.....

Amazing that Petey thinks that being current on the OTC is success...it's meaningless to most. OTC doesn't vet filings and he knows it. Making a big deal out of nothing as usual.

OTC should be more heavily regulated. That happens and you'd see a lot less CEO's like Petey.
