Last R/S denied by FINRA. But, think of it, R/S only changes the relative price. The absolute price will always be proportionally the same. In other words, R/S is a numbers game. The thing that should cause everyone concern is another increase in A/S. Wayne can do an increase in A/S any day that he can get the Board of Directors and majority of shareholders to vote for it. Most investors who have been here for quite some time knows that Wayne is both Board of Directors and majority of shareholders. So, he can meet with himself to change the share structure.
